NATIONAL ADVOCACY & BROADCASTING -COUNCIL
Organizational Purpose and Mission Statement
The National Advocacy & Broadcasting Council (NAB Council) is a nonprofit civic, media, and law organization organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
NAB Council’s mission is to foster civic engagement, promote democratic participation, and strengthen public understanding of legal and policy issues through broadcasting, outreach, and community-based advocacy.
The organization serves both U.S. and foreign-based populations by facilitating nonpartisan programming, public service messaging, and legal awareness campaigns on issues affecting civil rights, immigration, and cross-border diplomacy.
NAB Council operates as a certified vendor with the California Department of General Services (DGS) to assist in the implementation of public service contracts, including outreach, compliance, and access to governmental services in underserved communities.
By partnering with public agencies, educational institutions, and nonprofit networks, NAB Council enhances access to critical civic resources and builds infrastructure that supports inclusive governance.
All activities are conducted in a manner consistent with Section 501(c)(3), and no part of the organization’s net earnings inures to the benefit of any private individual.
